Orders are handled by our Merchant of Record and merchandising partner, Fourthwall.com, who handle order-related inquiries and returns. Privacy Policy Terms of Service.
How Fulfillment is Determined
Fulfillment is assigned automatically based on where the item is in stock and ready to produce. When an order is placed, the system automatically selects a fulfillment facility based on:
- The size and color variant ordered
- Real-time inventory availability
- Production capacity
- Shipping logistics
Your order will be fulfilled at the center closest to the shipping address on the order. If the selected variant is unavailable at a local facility at the time the order is place, it may be routed to another country to avoid cancellation or long delays. You will be able to see where your orders are being shipped from on the checkout page.
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time, we are unable to calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee indeed gets imposed on your package, you are responsible for its payment.
