COVID-19: INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR ORDERS AND DELIVERIES

We are back to our regular fulfillment times for most of our products. Once the order has been fulfilled, standard shipping estimates apply though you may continue to see shipping delays. With both businesses and customers shifting to e-commerce, shipping carriers are processing higher volumes of incoming orders. We will continue to share updates as we receive them.

We are also offering gift cards, which are sent via email.

FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES, SOME ITEMS MAY INCUR CUSTOMS OR DUTY FEES.

Customs and duty fees will vary based on the order amount. Nuthin' But a Tee Thang is not responsible for fees associated with import. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.

For Canadian recipients, many of our products are fulfilled locally but there are some items that are fulfilled in the United States. We are working to get a Canadian fulfillment partner for all products by early 2021. Until then, there are currently three delivery options:

Flat Rate or Express - This rate is only for shipping. Customs or duty fees may be charged upon delivery.
Standard DDP - This rate includes shipping and delivery duties paid. Choose this option to avoid paying customs or duty fees upon delivery.

Delivery Times

Once the order has been shipped, the estimated delivery times are listed below. Please note that due to COVID-19, there may be some delays with various shipping carriers.

Within the US	Flat Rate (Standard) (3-4 business days after fulfillment)
	Express (1-3 business days after fulfillment)

Within Canada	Flat Rate (Standard) (5-20 business days after fulfillment)
	Standard DDP (3-5 business days after fulfillment) (Canada only)
	Express (1-3 business days after fulfillment)

Some products may be packaged and shipped separately. If this is the case with your order, there will be different delivery times depending on when each item was shipped.
